Thanks giving, Weeks 22 and 23

I am thankful for:

• The smell of azalea blossoms on the very big bushes and trees around Nashville.
• The bunnies that visit my backyard most mornings.
• The giggle that Oliver does when playing with a spray bottle in the backyard and the inflection to his voie when he calls for "Soosy."
• A safe, if long, trip to and from my parents' house.
• My husband coming home tonight after several days at a conference in Washington DC.
• The excitement of a trip to Phoenix next week -- our first trip without Oliver -- and a visit from my sister.
• The fact that Chihuly is in Nashville for the next several months!
• My job this last year, which is now over, and which paid for most of graduate school.
• A four-day weekend before another class.
• The option, as the blogger, to make a doubled-up entry and the time to finally write down what's been writing itself in my head for the last week.
