Uughh

I won't give all the dirty details -- suffice it to say I have not be well this past week. The kidney stone continueth, and I took so much pain medicine that it, well, caused some problems that I won't go into. I'm tired, I'm sore, and I'm a little concerned about the mass they found on my liver in the CT scan last week. I see the doctor this afternoon, at which time I plan to ask about the stone (if it's passed), the liver (need an MRI follow-up according to the radiologist), and other lingering problems. Here's hoping there's nothing terrible wrong and that she can provide either relief or hope for a speedy recovery from this point -- cause this past week was stinker! Much love to my parents, who were here for the weekend and had to suffer some along with me. If I was going to have visitors when I was feeling 50% or less, they're the ones to have -- undemanding, terribly sympathetic, and not easily grossed out.
