"Lost" and "Found"

The keys have been returned. Yesterday the property manager called to say that the man in question had brought them to the office. He was just distraught that we thought he'd taken them on purpose (which the property manager agrees he did) and wanted to apologize in person. The property manager (wisely) thought better of that, so instead he wrote a note. Gag. At least we have our keys back.
