Closeted

A friend kept Lucy this July 4th weekend while Wes and I were in Philadelphia. I had alerted her ahead of time to some of Lucy's...idiocyncracies, including her many irrational fears, one of which is of fireworks. Rachel said she couldn't get Lucy to go outside at all on July 3 (the day that Chicago celebrates) and at one point couldn't find her in her apartment -- which I think is a studio. She eventually did -- here, in her closet. Rachel said that after that, she just opened the door to the closet whenever the fireworks started, and in Lucy went. At home, she usually heads for the old office/now Oliver's room or a nook between Wes's closet and the bed. There is also usually great trembling involved.
