Thanks giving, Week 7

It's 9:45pm and pages to go until I sleep, so this one will be more of a list than an ode.

I am thankful for Lucy's breath, which, many dollars later, no longer smells like, well, bad doggie breath.

I am thankful for the few inches of snow on the ground that, though I will hate on Monday when I try to leave for school, make a beautiful backdrop for the birds that have been visiting the bird feeder today.

I am thankful for the apartment over the garage, where Wes is able to get some sleep during the day when on night shifts without us having to be quiet and in the dark all day.

I am thankful for the new rug, which will go down once the roads are passable enough to get a rug pad, and the three interesting books delivered by the UPS man on Wednesday and Friday.

I am thankful for our new pocket camcorder, which has provided me with hours of fun. And I am thankful for the internet, whereupon I am able to share my video recordings and surf about topics serious and ridiculous.

(Sadly, the new camcorder and the internet also lead to serious significant mismanagement of my time. And pages to go before I sleep...).
